Retired USAF pilot who proudly served the nation for 27 years after graduating from the Air Force Academy.
Navigating seasons of transition has become familiar territory for Ben Morley, empowering others to reframe life’s “Why” moments into “What Now” strategies. Raised on a small farm in Friday Harbor on San Juan Island, Washington, Ben attended the U.S. Air Force Academy, where he was recruited to play football and became the first person from his county to attend a military service academy.
A former Air Force C-17 instructor pilot, Ben honorably served 27 years in peace and combat, flying to all seven continents and leading a highly classified airlift program. His career demanded time-critical decisions under pressure, often with incomplete information and global consequences.
Now an executive coach and Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, Ben helps C-suite leaders drive measurable results, including documented Fortune 500 outcomes of $13.5M in revenue growth and 84% efficiency gains. His clients include Lincare, First American, Canada Post, Danone North America, and multiple Washington-based companies.
Ben is also a team member at Nokomis Advisory Services and a mentor with Venture Mechanics, supporting business owners with sell-side representation, exit strategies, and strong culture development. He is the author of the Achieving Clarity Podcast, has been married for 24 years, homeschools his two daughters, and raises guide dogs for the blind.
As a speaker, Ben is known for simplifying complex topics with humor and clarity—delivering messages audiences remember years later and equipping them to turn “Why” stages into decisive “What Now” action..
